BILLING
- ROYAL bills trips to clients' credit card or corporate accounts. ROYAL accepts American Express, Visa and MasterCard credit and debit cards.(DOWNLOAD CREDIT CARD AUTHORIZATION FORM)
- ROYAL offers voucher and invoice based billing for high volume accounts and Hotels. Please inquire.
- ROYAL uses standardized hourly and distance rates for all vehicles, depending on vehicle class and country.
- ROYAL adds a 20% service charge automatically to cover tolls, fuel, admin, airport, and regulatory fees.(1) (2)
- Additional charges, if any, will be itemized on the client's final bill when applicable (e.g. parking and cell phone)
- All published rates are subject to change without notice.
- ROYAL prices never include gratuities or tips, this is optional and discretionary, and is left up to the clients.
- All rates are calculated in the local currency and billed in U.S. dollars at the prevailing exchange rate.
- Due to fluctuation in currency exchange rates, all U.S. dollar equivalents of international rates may vary.
- Applicable taxes will be charged as required.
- ROYAL does not charge extra for late night, early morning trips or holidays in the continental U.S.
- Some local customary surcharges may apply to trips occurring on recognized holidays in locations outside the United States. Please inquire during reservation.
SEDANS
Flat Rate
- ROYAL has standardized routes with flat-rate pricing for travel to and from most major cities and airports.
- Waiting time is defined as the length of time that elapses between a scheduled pickup and a passenger getting into the reserved ROYAL vehicle. After a ten (10) minute grace period on all flat-rate trips that do not begin at an airport, there is a $1.20 charge for every minute a chauffeur is waiting. (Sedans only, larger vehicles cost more, please inquire)
- For pickups at Boston Logan airport only, ROYAL allows a grace period (from published gate times) of thirty (30) minutes for domestic flights and forty-five (45) minutes for international flights before wait time charges are calculated.
- Passenger-requested stops on route during a flat-rate trip will be charged at $24 per stop or $1.20 per minute, whichever is greater.
- Passenger-requested stops off route during a flat-rate trip will be charged at the prevailing ROYAL hourly rate.
Hourly
- Sedan rates for travel between locations in which a flat-rate does not exist will be billed at the prevailing ROYAL hourly rate.
- All hourly sedan reservations will be billed from the time the sedan leaves the ROYAL facility until the time it returns. There is a minimum billable time of 2.0 hours that includes both vehicle and passenger travel time.
- Fractions of an hour are rounded to next half hour after ten (10) minutes.
NON-SEDAN VEHICLES (SUVs, limousines, vans, minibuses, and motor coaches)
- All non-sedan vehicles will be billed on an hourly basis and/or travel distance depending on itinerary.
- Reservations for non-sedan vehicles will be billed from the time the vehicle leaves the ROYAL facility until the time it returns. There is a minimum of thirty (30) minutes travel time each way for the reserved vehicle. Minimum passenger travel time varies by market and will therefore be confirmed at the time of reservation.
- Fractions of an hour are rounded to next half hour after ten (10) minutes.
CANCELLATION AND NO-SHOW FEES Cancellation charges equal to the rate confirmed at time of reservation will apply unless:
- Sedans are cancelled more than two (2) hours prior to scheduled vehicle departure time from ROYAL facility.
- Motor coaches are cancelled more than seven (7) days prior to scheduled pickup time. (3)
- Vans, minibuses and sport utility vehicles are cancelled more than seventy-two (72) hours prior to scheduled pickup time.
- Limousine and luxury series vehicles are cancelled more than seven (7) days prior to scheduled pickup time. (4)
- ROYAL greeters are cancelled more than three (3) hours prior to the scheduled arrival time.
- A no-show fee equal to the minimum (for hourly based trips) or base fare price of the trip, plus any applicable waiting time fee, will be charged when the passenger fails to show up at the designated location. To avoid a no-show fee, call 1-617-785-2945 if you cannot locate your vehicle.
- PROM reservations are 100% non-refundable.
The above cancellation terms represent standard policy at ROYAL and may be modified from time to time based on market, desired reservation dates and vehicle availability. All modifications that are mutually agreed upon in writing or communicated and confirmed at the time of reservation will supersede the above.
ADDITIONAL

ROYAL shall not be liable for circumstances beyond its control including but not limited to acts of God, weather, natural disasters, earthquakes, war, terrorism, civil unrest, riots, floods, road conditions, breakdowns, delays and destruction by public.

ROYAL vehicles are all non-smoking and clients will be charged the cost of deodorization and spillage/accident cleanups. Please inquire.
- ROYAL assumes no responsibility for lost or damaged baggage, personal belongings or any items left in the vehicle.
- ROYAL does not provide child safety seats. Parents and guardians of children traveling in ROYAL vehicles are responsible for providing and installing child safety seats in accordance with applicable state and federal laws.
(1) Where available, QuickRide® packaged service has all expenses itemized and added to the base charge and there is no service charge automatically added.
(2) Where available, StadiumEXPRESS® packaged service has no service charges, no itemized expenses, it comes as a bundled service.
(3) Motor coach reservations must be paid in full forty-five (45) days in advance. Graduated refund up to eight (8) days before scheduled pickup. Please inquire.
(4) Limousine and Luxury series reservations must be paid in full thirty (30) days in advance. Graduated refund up to eight (8) days before scheduled pickup. Please inquire.
