RESERVATIONISTS/DISPATCHERS WANTED
THE COMPANY: Royal Transportation Worldwide is a local limousine/car service company with lofty goals and a high performance management team. We strive for total customer satisfaction and this drives everything we do. We are small but growing and constantly adding innovative services and features to our offerings. We are currently seeking a few good men and women with high personal standards to participate in this ground-floor opportunity.
THE POSITION: Full-time and Part-time Reservationists/Dispatchers positions available on all shifts. (Minimum of two (2) 6-hour shifts commitment.). Locations : Boston, Newton and Telecommuter (coming soon!).
THE REQUIREMENTS:
*Clean criminal record *Excellent typing skills (40-60 wpm)
*Excellent interpersonal skills *Working knowledge of MS Office
*Pleasant telephone voice *Excellent customer service skills
*Detail and results oriented *Any Sales/hospitality experience ok
*Presentable and well groomed *Solid map reading skills
*Working phone number (wireless OK!) *Downtown/Metro Boston knowledge
*Good command of spoken and written English
*Reliable transportation to reach office locations
*Prefer 2-5 yrs experience but will train the right candidates.
THE COMPENSATION:
Average compensation will vary depending on ability and performance. There is a minimum guaranteed income, performance incentives and bonuses. We provide free training. You also get a sign on bonus upon successful completion of free training program and a 90-day probation period.
